Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to the United States. More destinations coming soon. For the time being, please refer to our Etsy store for International orders.

Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the artwork. For international orders, when available, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Processing Time

  • Original Paintings: Orders for original paintings are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
  • Prints: Orders for prints are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.

Packaging

  • Original Paintings: Each painting is shipped in a protective plastic sleeve with a cardboard backing and wrapped in protective materials, and shipped in a rigid mailer between sturdy cardboard sheets for added protection.
  • Prints: Prints are shipped in a protective plastic sleeve with cardboard backing and placed in a rigid mailer with additional cardboard sheeting for support for added protection.

Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS First Class and Ground Advantage, depending on product and quantities. Tracking information is only available with Ground Advantage and will be provided once the order has been shipped. 

Delivery Times

  • Domestic: 3-7 business days after shipping.
  • International: 7-21 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your artwork, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and artwork.
