Greeting card based on an original gouache painting of a cozy wintery cabin with holiday decorations.

In the middle of the Alaskan winter, a warm and cozy cabin lights up the cold and dark winter nights with its Christmas decorations. The lit candy canes, the decorated wreath and the hanging lights from the roof of the cabin all provides for a source of joy and holiday cheer during the darkest period of the year. As I painted this house, I attempted to capture the warm and cozy feeling I experience every time I pass by this house. I hope you’ll have the same feeling.
